GR Danger lose by two to Chicago Fury & former GR Drive guard Stefhon Hannah

The Grand Rapids Danger took a tough two-point loss on Saturday night to the Chicago Fury, 109-107.

The 11th-ranked Danger squad faced off with the ABA’s #7 ranked team on the road after a busy week. Anthony Knowles had 27 points and 15 rebounds and former Grand Rapids Drive and NBA guard Stefhon Hannah added 25 points and  14 assists while four other Fury players (John TaylorMarvin Sykes, DJ Johnson and Juan Gucc Brown) scored in double figures. Travell Amicks led the defensive effort for Chicago.


This past Tuesday, the team headed out on the town for Catholic Charities of West Michigan’s Soup’s On For All benefit.

The Danger squad will return home next weekend to take on the Kentucky Enforcers at Grace Bible College. Tip-off is set for 6pm.
