Grand Rapids, MI — The Grand Rapids Cyclones are alive and well!

The local semi-pro team will kick off its’ second season as part of the Premier Basketball League tonight against the Danville (IL) RiverHawks.

Jerrell SandersThe PBL team is highlighted by Jerrell Sanders, a Ferris State Bulldog last seen playing for the Grand Rapids Drive. Bryan Dutton and Randy Jefferson return from last year’s squad to provide leadership and continuity and will be joined by Rupert Rose, a 2015 PBL draftee.

After some front office dilemma, Vincent Woodhall takes over as the new owner of the organization. An entrepreneur and consultant form Northern California, Woodhall is originally from Muskegon, MI.
