Happy New Year! Saints get win in first game of 2018

The Aquinas Saints men’s basketball team ended 2017 giving up a late lead and losing their upset bid of the #2-ranked team in the nation. So, getting a victory in their first game of 2018 is a big deal.

The Saints shot nearly 50% from the field and hit seven of 13 from behind the arc in their 69-65 win over Siena Heights on Wednesday. The win moves the Saints to 9-9 overall and 5-3 in WHAC play.

Arsenio Arrington was fouled, made one of two free throws and kept Aquinas on top, 65-63.
