Drive finalize 10-man roster before Saturday’s opener vs. Delaware

GRAND RAPIDS, MICH. – NOV. 11, 2015 – The Grand Rapids Drive, the official NBA Development League affiliate of the Detroit Pistons, trimmed their 2015-16 regular season roster to the 10-man maximum today, releasing six players.

Returning Head Coach Otis Smith’s 10-man roster consists of five returning players form the 2013-14 Springfield Armor and 2014-15 Grand Rapids Drive rosters(Kelsey Barlow, Devin Ebanks, Stefhon Hannah, Kammeon Holsey & Adonis Thomas), two 2015 NBA Development League draftees(Sam Thompson-1st & Ismael Romero-4th), two 2015 open tryout participants(Ashton Pitts and Xavier Ford) and one affiliate player(Ryan Boatright).

The Drive waived Adrian Forbes, Brett Comer, Paul Williams, Renaldo Woolridge, Larry Anderson and John Hawkins. Woolridge was the only player in camp from last year’s squad not to make the team.
