The Grand Rapids Drive have added Ronnie Aguilar from the available player pool.

The official NBA G League affiliate of the Detroit Pistons adds Aguilar, the 7-foot-1, 250-pound center from Colorado State, to their training camp roster of 16. At CSU, Aguilar appeared in 36 contests and averaged 2.7 points and 2.2 blocks per game.

Undrafted in the 2010 NBA draft, he attended the 2012 Los Angeles Lakers training camp and appeared in 4 pre-season games before being placed on waivers.

The NBA Development League (now G League) veteran spent time with the Bakersfield Jam (2011-12) and the Texas Legends (2015-16) where he had a career of appearing in 12 contests and averaging 2.3 points and 4 rebounds per game.

The Drive have waived Tosin Mehinti and Jeremiah Ingram to make room on the 16-man roster.

Expect Aguilar to be in attendance for today’s media day and open practice.
