GR skates Thurs, Fri & Sun in the AHL Western Finals

After splitting the first two games of the series on the road, the Grand Rapids Griffins return home to face off against the Utica Comets for the games 3, 4 and 5 at the Van Andel Arena in search of home sweep to advance to the AHL Calder Cup Finals again.

Newcomer Dylan Larkin has been the shining star for the Griffins since joining the team. With all the hype surrounding the possible departure of head coach Jeff Blashill to take the Red Wings job, this team is focused and ready to show #BeerCityUSA that coach should get the bump up to the NHL ice.

Knowing that attendance numbers usually drop in the Playoffs, we’re asking all you hoops fans to head out to the Van Andel this weekend and support your locals!
