Griffins season ends in OT loss to Monsters

The Grand Rapids Griffins spectacular 2015-16 season has come to an end. Zach Werenski’s goal 12:32 into overtime on Monday put an end to the comeback bid and the Lake Erie Monsters claimed the Central Division Finals with a 4-3 win in Game 6 at Van Andel Arena. The Griffins finished 1 for 7 on the power play.
