That’s a foul. Call it. Call it on yourself.

We play in a beer league that some competitors take far too serious and continue to act in ways that don’t fall within the standards and practices put forth by the League and the players who’ve been here since the beginning.

Stop putting people in dangerous situations.

Treat the game, the players, the school and the gym with respect.ย

That was definitely a foul at the end of the Hearts-City game that should’ve been called.

It should have been City’s ball, even if it was a “jump ball”, because the defensive player from Hearts stepped out-of-bounds.

The defensive player from Hearts, while chasing down from behind, put a hand on the City player’s back, entered the offensive player’s path and then slapped down across the offensive player’s right arm before ever touching the ball.ย

Only the ball is the ball. That was a foul.

If the teams were reversed, that’s likely a “jump ball” that would’ve been called, not a foul.

Whatever, though, Hearts got to 12-0 somehow.ย
